Originating from feudal Japan, the Bo is a long martial arts staff item. Most Bo's typically average 5'9" in length and are constructed with hardwood. The Bo uses thrusting, striking, and swinging techniques and includes a variety of blocks, strikes, sweeps, and entrapment.

No staff4Great staff for the price. I have used it a several Aikido classes and it holds up well.
Pros:Much less expensive than most staffs.
Cons:Little heavier than other Bo staffs I have used.
