These shoes are in mens sizes. For a correct fit, women should order one size smaller. For instance, if you need a women's size seven shoe, you should order a men's size six.

Taekwondo shoes4I've only worn socks which can be slippery on some surfaces, but good for pivoting. I tried my new shoes in class and they are excellent for pivoting. The pivot points are in the correct location. The shoe leather is soft. I ordered a men' s six, I wear a women's 7 and the fit is good. The ONLY reason I did not rate this as excellent is because the word Taekwondo is NOT on the tongue as shown in the picture. I was very disappointed that the shoe was misrepresented in the picture.
